Hey everyone! As a girl from New York, I think it is safe to say that I know good pizza, good delis, good mozzarella, and most importantly, I know good bagels. If you have ever eaten a real New York bagel, not the ones from Dunkin Donuts, and then ate an “out-of-stater”, you can taste the difference drastically. So, after searching the “Food and Wine” website in my hour of “before class boredom”, I came across a promising looking bagel recipe that I though I would share with all of you.
