Escaped Fairytale

In one of my past post I spoke about how there was apart of me, a part of me that I feel every young woman shares, that stills believes in fairy tales. Still believes, somewhere deep down within them, that there are noble knights, untainted kindness, and dreams to be lived.

When I was writing that past post, I couldn’t help but to let my wonder, as it does so many times, and think about what life would be like as a fairy tale. Would there be knights in shining armor ready to rescue a damsel in distress? A fairy godmother to help guide you to your destiny or a few animals to help make dresses? What would life be like if fairytales where not just stories of fantasy, but instead, stories of reality?

To be completely honest, I’m not sure if I would want life to be a fairytale. My fear would be that it would get boring after the dragons are slain and the evil witches get thrown from the cliff.

Personally, I don’t think I could take all of that random singing either. I would be that person that stalks up to Cinderella while she is singing into that bubble and pop it. I have nothing against Cinderella, I love blondie, just people who sing for no reason…

Nonetheless, I do so dearly love fairytales, and in daydreaming of a fairytale world; I have found the perfect people to play our dearly beloved princesses. I picked these celebrities because, not only do they look alike, but because I have a feeling that their personalities may be the closest.
