Well, ladies, it’s that time of year again. The event that we love, almost as must as we hate, has made it’s way to our television screen once again.
According to an article, featured in CBS News, their television network will have the honor of hosting the famous Victoria Secret Fashion Show. This year, the fashion show will be airing on December 10th, from 10 p.m.-11 p.m.. Taking center stage in Manhattan, the Victoria Secret Fashion Show will be the event of the night, with men and women traveling to New York City for a chance to be in the front crowd.
Personally, my friends and I just watch it from our televisions. What can I say? We all like the feelings of our toes, we get better views from the television, and I have always been fond of available bathrooms…
The Victoria Secret Fashion Show will be different this year, from the past five, since we will be missing some of the beloved past Angels. Heidi Klum and Miranda Kerr, two of the most famous Angels, will not be making there famous walks down the runway, as they have both left the Victoria Secret label. But, there is no need to worry, Angels Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Candice Swanepoel will all be making an appearance.
Though the fashion show may have taken center stage, there will also be other forms of entertainment: red carpet interviews, model profiles and a video showing behind the scenes of the show.
According to, the Hollywood Reported, music will be performed live by Taylor Swift and Fall Out Boy, two talented musicians that will bring the show together. The combination between Taylor Swift’s pop/country style music and Fall Out Boy’s rock style music will create a rhythm that is all it’s own. Also performing, is the New York born indie band, A Great Big World, and British electric/pop musician, Neon Jungle.
The Victoria Secret Fashion Show is a tradition amongst New Yorkers. With the beautiful designs, the amazing music, and extras, it is easy to see why.
