She claims that these ten foods will help increase circulation, stimulate hair proteins, and protect it’s fibers, thus, giving one a stronger, healthier, and shinier mane.

  • Red Cabbage


The anthocyanins found in red cabbage help to heal any damages caused by exposure to the sun and chemicals.

  • Organic Eggs


The zinc found in organic eggs helps to regulate oil production to the hair follicles and the choline found in eggs to helps prevent split ends

  • Chia Seeds
