Benefits of Tea

Well, everyone, the gig is up, the cat’s out of the bag, we found Waldo!

It is no longer a secret, hasn’t been for a while, that tea is actually really healthy for you. Some may even go as far as saying that drinking tea is better for you then coffee, or dare I say it, hot chocolate. In one of my previous post, I talked about the benefits of drinking hot beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water with lemon), but I realized soon after writing it that I was far to vague when it came to the benefits of drinking tea.

Go into the majority of coffee shops, tea stores, grocery markets and I can almost guarantee that you will see more then ten types of tea. And get this, all of those teas have a slightly, or major, difference between them in the benefits they offer.

Seeing as that I don’t believe everyone has the time to read about the benefits of dozens of teas, and I don’t have the luxury of writing for that long, I thought that I would share with you guys the most popular.
