How To Carve A Turkey

As you all may be aware of, and if you are not then please invest in a calendar, that tomorrow is Thanksgiving.
And what goes better with Thanksgiving, then well, a giant turkey. But preparing a turkey is harder then it looks.
If you are anything like me, you may have spent hours trying to find the perfect recipe, spent equal amount of hours basting and roasting that large bird. Only to have it hacked apart in a flurry of flying white meat, dark meat, wings, and legs.
There is no point in creating a beautiful roasted turkey, if it is carved so horrifically, that it is practically inedible. So, if you are anything like me, take the time and watch this video. It is very helpful and you will learn a lot about carving.
