Pork Chops

This recipe for boneless pork chops are for when you don’t have the option to spend an hour making dinner, are bored of just using salt and pepper to grill, or well, if you would just rather catch up on that latest episode of Game of Thrones that has been on your DVR for the past month. This recipe is simple, quick, and if you trust the response of my recipe guinea pigs (cough cough family cough cough), delicious

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/3 cup Salt
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 6 Pork Chops

This recipe is incredibly simple and will only take a small amount of steps to complete. The simplicity of this recipe makes it an ideal meal to cook with your children ( Let them measure out the ingredients, while you handle the raw pork).

Step 1

  • Take all of the measured out ingredients, aside from the pork chops, and place them in a closable plastic container

Step 2

  • Place the pork chops in the marinade and put the container in the refrigerator. (Make sure the container is closed to prevent bacteria!)

Step 3

  • After marinating from 6-24 hours, remove pork chops from marinade and place them on a cutting board so that you can blot away the excess liquid ( *if there is too much moisture when grilling it could cause smoke, burning and even fires*)

Step 4

  • Grill the pork chops as you normally would with any other piece of protein.

Step 5 (The most IMPORTANT step!!)

  • Plate – Eat – Enjoy!
