Detox Smoothies

You promised yourself that you wouldn’t go crazy with Thanksgiving this year. Swore that you would eat a light breakfast of maybe yogurt, go easy on the sweet potato pie and stuffing, and never, never fill your plate up with seconds.

Let me guess? That all went down the drain the moment a stack of pancakes hit your plate in the morning?

Don’t worry. It happens to the best of us. Okay, it happens tp everyone. Now it’s just time to get back on track. To help, chack out these delicious detox smoothies.

Anti-Bloat Cucumber Smoothie (Happy Healthy Mama)

Avocado-Spinach-Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • handful of ice

Directions: Place in blender and blend until desired smoothness.

Berry & Oats Smoothie (Bembu)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Berry Mix (Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Purified Water
  • 1/8 cup rolled oats

Directions: Place in blender and blend until desired smoothness.

Match Green Smoothie (Daily Burn)

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2 scoops) DailyBurn Fuel-6 Protein in vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 pear, cored
  • 1/2 teaspoon of matcha tea powder

Directions: Place in blender and blend until desired smoothness.

Clear Skin Smoothie (Total Beauty)

  • 1 scoop of hemp protein (Koff likes Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 70)
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 1/2 bunch dandelion greens (no stems)
  • 11 ounces coconut water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

Directions: Place in blender and blend until desired smoothness.
